Dr. Aizza Anwar brings over five years of academic experience as a lecturer and researcher. She is currently serving as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Malaya, Malaysia, and holds a PhD in Management with a specialization in Organizational Behavior and Development from Universiti Sains Malaysia. She has been an invited speaker at numerous academic and industrial conferences in Pakistan and Malaysia and has been a member of the advisory board of HR Walay, Pakistan, since 2015. She has published extensively in reputable journals and regularly serves as a reviewer for leading academic publications. Her primary research interests include workplace mistreatment and ethics, organizational behavior, leadership, digitalization, student e-learning, and psychological distress. Dr. Aizza Anwar has also demonstrated leadership by serving for the past three years in key roles at the International Youth Conference in Malaysia. In addition to her academic and leadership contributions, She is a lifelong member of the Association of International Business & Professional Management (AIBPM). She has collaborated on various government-funded projects in Malaysia, including initiatives with the Penang Youth Development Corporation and the Penang State Government's Social Development Division (MMK).
