Johan Fahri, Ph.D. has been working as a Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business for 23 years. He has been appointed as the Coordinator Program of Doctoral Program in Management of Postgraduate Program at Universitas Khairun. He completed his undergraduate degree in 2002 at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Khairun Ternate, with Management as the major. He then continued to Master of Project Management at University of Technology, Sydney, Australia and graduated in 2008. In 2019, Johan Fahri, Ph.D. completed his doctoral program at the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology, the University of Sydney, Australia.

Dr. Johan teaches Operations Management courses at the undergraduate and the postgraduate levels, as well as Strategic Management. At the doctoral program, he also teaches Research Methods and Qualitative Analyses.

In summary, his scientific works in the form of writings that appear on the Google Scholar and SINTA search engines have been many, both at the SINTA journal level and with the Scopus index system. Johan Fahri, Ph.D. is also the Editor in Chief of the Journal of Scientific Management at the Postgraduate Program of Khairun University. As a reviewer, he has assisted the Project Management Institute Australia Conference in 2019, a reviewer for MIX Journal, Gadjah Mada International Journal of Business, and Sustainability Journal.

Johan Fahri, Ph.D has been a presenter at various international conferences. He has even been a panelist at the 2021 WIMAYA International Conference in Yogyakarta, and was a Keynote Speaker at the International Conference on Economy, Business, and Sustainability (ICoEBAS) October 2022 in Bali.
